San Diego County threatens lawsuit against feds over blocked detention center inspections

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors has authorized a lawsuit against U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, her department and CoreCivic if federal officials continue to block a public health inspection of the Otay Mesa Detention Center.
