San Diego dog rescued from storm drain after being missing for 30 days

San Diego County Animal Control Officers rescued Teddy, a small dog who had been missing for over 30 days, after finding her trapped in a Spring Valley storm drain. The dog was malnourished and unable to climb out until officers lured her with treats. In a stroke of luck, Teddy's owner arrived at the shelter to report her missing pet on the very same day she was saved.
