San Diego Police step up spring break boat patrols as crowds build on bay

Harbor officers in San Diego are increasing patrols on the water to ensure boaters have the required safety equipment and to warn of the higher risk of accidents, unsafe boating and alcohol-related violations during the busy spring break season.
