San Marcos couple identified after perishing in house fire, arson suspected

Two people, Michael and Kathryn Austin, were killed in a suspicious house fire in San Marcos on Saturday night, and 33-year-old Luis Alvarado was arrested on suspicion of murder and arson in connection with the incident.
