San Marcos: Juneteenth celebration marks end of slavery

Juneteenth was celebrated at the TERI campus for life in San Marcos with an elegant event featuring black dandyism attire, art, craft cocktails, award-winning cuisine, and live music from San Diego's celebrated musicians, hosted by Lionel and Natalie Saulsberry.
