SANDAG agrees to study alternative routes for Del Mar train track realignment

SANDAG has allocated hundreds of millions of dollars to rebuild and expand the 110-year old wooden bridge over the lagoon, while also considering alternative routes that don't require tunneling under homes in Del Mar.
