Saratoga Co. man arrested for exposing himself to minors near school

A man has been arrested on lewd conduct charges after an incident involving two minors. 30-year-old Tristian Sirchia, of Saratoga Springs was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of public lewdness.
