Saratoga Springs faces projected $5.3 million budget deficit

As the Spa City continues to attract tourists from all over, rising costs and financial planning are taking a hit to the local economy. Despite a steady increase in revenue from the track, to the museums and local business, officials say they are facing a projected $5.3 million deficit. With that, residents and businesses will likely see some changes.
