Savannah Guthrie says family is offering up to $1 million for tip leading to missing mom's 'recovery'

Savannah Guthrie on Tuesday said her family will offer up to $1 million for information leading to the location of her mother Nancy Guthrie, who vanished from her home in Tucson more than three weeks ago.
