(WHTM) -- Pennsylvania Congressman Scott Perry (R-10) doesn't want voters to directly elect their U.S. senators. Perry co-sponsored a resolution on Thursday to repeal the 17th Amendment, which, in 1913, gave voters the power to elect their senators. Until then, senators were appointed by state legislatures.
