Sentencing expected Friday for man convicted of killing Hermann officer

Kenneth Lee Simpson, convicted of killing a Hermann Police Officer and injuring another in a 2023 shooting, will learn Friday if he will be sentenced to death or life in prison without the possibility of parole.
