INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Shake Shack is rolling out its new Smoky BBQ menu, just in time for Memorial Day weekend.

The limited-time menu is stacked with barbecue flavors and shareable sides, all with a Shake Shack twist.

The offerings include a barbecue boneless rib sandwich, mac and cheese, and spicy fries.

“Our brand new boneless rib sandwich is all hand-deboned. It’s a really great sandwich. It’s got the barbecue sauce on it, coleslaw on top,” Shake Shack general manager Jeffrey Roper said.

Roper is also a big fan of the mac and cheese, which is made to order like the other new menu items.
