INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Colts are bringing back head coach Shane Steichen and general manager Chris Ballard for the 2026 season.

Steichen has been the head coach of the Colts for three seasons. The Colts have a record of 25-26 in his three years in Indianapolis. The Colts have won either eight or nine games in all three of his seasons with the Colts, and have yet to make the playoffs.
Ballard has been the general manager of the Colts for nine seasons. In his time in Indianapolis, the Colts have made the playoffs twice and have one playoff win.
