INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Colts are bringing back head coach Shane Steichen and general manager Chris Ballard for the 2026 season.

The Colts finished with an 8-9 record in 2025.

The Colts have never won the AFC South in Ballard’s tenure. All three of the Colts division rivals have won the division at least twice in that time.
