Shelby County deputies investigate fatal 2-vehicle crash near Morristown

MORRISTOWN, Ind. (WISH) — Shelby County sheriff’s deputies were investigating a two-vehicle crash that killed at least one person Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of U.S. 52 and County Road 500 East.

The crash happened Tuesday in the Morristown area. While investigators confirmed two vehicles crashed, they did not release the cause or the names of the people who died.

Deputies remained at the scene Tuesday to reconstruct the wreck. No further details were immeidately available.
