'Sheriff for the Day' contest winner talks about the experience

Emiliano Hernandez, a fifth grader from Breeze Hill Elementary School in Vista, had the unique opportunity to be sworn in as sheriff for a day, where he got to explore different areas of the department and experience what it is like to be a law enforcement officer.
