Sheriff's office solves 1993 'Shafter Jane' cold case homicide near Nevada-Utah border

More than 30 years ago, an unknown woman was found dead along I-80, 18 miles west of the Nevada-Utah border. Today, the Elko County Sheriff's Office confirmed her identity and who her killer was.
