INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Two women were injured Friday night after a shooting was reported at a downtown Indianapolis affordable housing complex.

The injured women were discovered after they arrived at Eskenazi Hospital.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department was called to a report of shots fired just after 8 p.m. Friday at Lugar Tower, 901 Fort Wayne Ave. That’s a few blocks southwest of the North Split for I-65 and I-70.

IMPD says one woman was shot, but stable. The other had injuries from glass.
