Shooting victim upset after competency laws end trial against alleged shooter

A woman who police say was shot several times was in an Arapahoe County courtroom Friday, hoping to see the man accused of shooting her put away for life. However, that did not happen, and the man will now go to a treatment facility after being found incompetent to stand trial.
