'Shop with a Cop' spreads holiday cheer to 26 Florissant families

26 local families were given $300 each to spend on holiday shopping at Walmart, with an additional $200 for parents, as part of a "Shop with a Cop" event organized by the North County Precinct, Central Precinct and Jennings police departments.
