Signature drive to qualify a citizen initiative to repeal Balboa Park parking fees

Former Coronado Mayor Richard Bailey joined "Good Morning San Diego" Friday to promote the "Balboa Park Fee Parking Restoration Act." Bailey explained the number of signatures required and the deadlines involved before the initiative can earn a spot on the November 2026 ballot.
