Skimming device found in Gloversville linked to EBT-theft

A skimming device found attached to a point-of-sale terminal at a Dollar Tree in Gloversville has now been linked to a thread of stolen Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, the Fulton County Department of Social Services announced.
