'Slow down, reflect, and truly connect': Water Lantern Festival coming to Salt Lake City

The Water Lantern Festival is coming to This Is the Place Heritage Park on June 27, bringing Utahns the chance to make a wish on a paper lantern before releasing it onto the water.
