INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — City crews are shifting focus from clearing main roads to residential streets, where some drivers say plows have left them trapped.

While many of the main roads are passable, some of the residential neighborhoods are still buried which is causing people to have a hard time getting out of their neighborhood safely.”

“I’m just trying to get myself out of this hole. I appreciate the city for doing some plowing but they kind of pushed everything up against the car, it’s just a fight today to get the car into motion and get my life underway,” said Angelo Seymour who lives in Indianapolis.
