SoCal mother and 2-year-old daughter who were living in car surprised with fully furnished apartment

Kioka Hampton and her 2-year-old daughter Paris had been living in their car after the death of Kioka's grandmother. But thanks to the Holliday's Helping Hands nonprofit, Hampton and her daughter secured housing and support services.
