Speaker Schultz says land he owns near Stratos Project is 'undevelopable,' has questions about data center

Utah Speaker of the House Mike Schultz wants independent studies done on the Stratos Project, the massive data center planned for Box Elder County, both as a legislator and as a rancher who owns land near the project.
