St. Clare’s jury discharged, unclear when damages to be paid

Both parties in the St. Clare’s pensioners case reached an agreement on Thursday that ended the punitive damages hearing. Two defendants filed bankruptcy just days after the jury awarded pensioners more than $54 million.
