St. Louis contractor sentenced for $1.7M pandemic loan fraud

Coretta "Cory" Elliott was sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to repay $1.7 million in COVID-19 pandemic relief loans she illegally obtained by submitting false information on her loan applications.
