St. Louis Police Board approves 'drone as first responder' plan

A proposal for new police drones in St. Louis was debated and passed by the Police Board on Wednesday, despite opposition from St. Louis Mayor Cara Spencer. The plan authorizes Police Chief Robert Tracy to move forward with an agreement to deploy six drones for emergency response.
