State energy commissioner says officials feel 'urgency' to lower gas prices for Californians

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A state commissioner is saying California officials are exploring ways to bring down the price of gasoline, as the ongoing war in the Middle East continues to tighten global market oil markets, spiking gasoline prices.  To do this, J.
