A New York State Police investigator out of Dutchess County has admitted to lying to federal officers during an investigation into fentanyl distribution. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, Michael O’Flaherty, of Poughkeepsie, faces up to five years in prison.
