State rep demanding transparency and congressional oversight after new report on ICE detention facilities

State Rep. Manny Rutinel, D-Commerce City, attempted to walk into a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Frederick on Thursday, after a recent report of alleged, secret, statewide detention facilities emerged, which includes the office in Weld County.
