Stephanie Smith appointed to vacant Rio Rancho School Board position

RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – A vacant position on the Rio Rancho School Board is now filled. The district appointed Stephanie Smith to represent District 4, which covers High Resort, Panorama Heights, and Star Heights neighborhoods. She has 16 years of education experience at several grade levels. She replaces Beth Miller, who left the position.
