Still below average to end the week; clipper brings a colder weekend

Yesterday marked the second day at or above freezing with a high of 33° at HIA after 9 days of sub-freezing temperatures. It may be our warmest day of the next seven, thanks to a few shots of colder air ahead. The first shot will come today and tomorrow as temperatures will be slightly cooler than yesterday, thanks to a front that came through last night. Sunshine will prevail in its wake today and Thursday with highs just below freezing, around 30° each afternoon.
