Stranger grabs 13-year-old boy in Queens, makes lewd remarks: NYPD

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) -- A disturbing encounter took place in Queens. Police say a 13-year old boy was grabbed by a stranger while walking to school. The Stanger made lewd statements to the boy. PIX11's Nicole Johnson has more, including reaction from people in the neighborhood.
