Stretch of I-81 in Franklin County reopened after crash

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)-- A stretch of Interstate 81 closed after a multi-vehicle crash. According to 511PA, a multi-vehicle crash closed I-81 southbound at Exit 5 to Greencastle.
