Student detained, campus safe following lockdown at Edcouch-Elsa High School

EDCOUCH-ELSA, Texas (ValleyCentral) —  One student was detained after a lockdown at Edcouch-Elsa High School on Monday following a report of a student with a weapon, according to the district.
