'Studies will be required': MIDA emails show environmental studies on Stratos Project have not been done yet

As the potential environmental impact of the Stratos Project data center in Box Elder County is still in question, documents from MIDA show that the environmental impact is on their minds, but impact studies have not yet been commissioned.
