Study ranks Little Rock metro ranks #1 as most overweight and obese US city

The Little Rock-North Little Rock metropolitan area has been ranked as the most overweight and obese city in the US, with nearly 23% of children ages 10-17 being obese and the fourth-highest percentage of adults with high blood pressure.
