Submissions reopen for Monument to the Unborn at Arkansas Capitol

The Capitol Arts and Grounds Commission has reopened submissions for the Monument to the Unborn at the Capitol, which was authorized by the Arkansas General Assembly and will provide a place of prayer for the unborn children of Arkansas and their families.
