Supreme Court declines review of Tastries Bakery case keeping state appellate court ruling in place

The United States Supreme Court has declined to review a California appellate court decision that ruled Tastries Bakery discriminated against a same-sex couple seeking a cake for their wedding back in 2017, state officials said.
