Surge parking prices outside of Petco Park

Michael Trimble, executive director of the Gaslamp Quarter Association, is not a fan of the new special event surge parking prices in the Gaslamp District. Trimble joins "Good Morning San Diego" with ideas to modify the current $10 per hour rate.
