Gunfire erupts on 30th Street leaving man shot multiple times as suspect caught on camera

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A violent burst of gunfire left a man wounded and investigators searching for a suspect now caught on surveillance video.

The shooting happened around 8:58 p.m. on Saturday, March 22 in the 3000 block of 30th Street Southeast.

When officers arrived, they found an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

He was rushed to a local hospital for treatment.

Now, the focus has shifted to those responsible.

Authorities say at least one suspect was captured on nearby surveillance cameras, and images have been released as part of the effort to identify him.

A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police or submit a tip anonymously.
