Suspect hits unoccupied patrol car, leads deputies on chase from Moreno Valley to Tustin

As Riverside County sheriff's deputies were investigating a crash involving a pedestrian overnight, a driver crashed into one of their unoccupied patrol vehicles and then sped off.
