Suspect in Pine Bluff barricaded shooting has first court appearance, $200K bond

Will Jenkins, a 68-year-old radio show host, was released from the Jefferson Medical Center and booked into the county detention center on charges of first-degree domestic battery, aggravated assault, terroristic threatening, committing a terroristic act, and being a felon in possession of a firearm after a Dec. 17 incident in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
