Suspect sought in hit-and-run crash that severely injured San Diego man, killed family dog

A San Diego family is asking for the public’s help in identifying a hit-and-run driver who severely injured a 22-year-old man and killed the family’s dog on Valentine’s Day in the Emerald Hills neighborhood.
