Suspects in e-bike road rage shooting allegedly called victims anti-gay slur: Affidavit

A victim in a Commerce City road rage shooting involving an e-bike rider said the suspect called him and his husband, who was critically injured in the shooting, an anti-gay slur and other derogatory comments before shooting at them.
