Tacos Mi Pa opens in downtown Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A new taco spot opened in downtown Bakersfield Tuesday evening. The grand opening and ribbon cutting was held by the Kern County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
