Taylorsville police arrest man for allegedly kidnapping, sexually abusing 13-year-old girl

A man is behind bars after a police officer discovered a 13-year-old girl hiding under blankets in his vehicle. She allegedly told police she had been kidnapped and sexually assaulted.
