Teens reportedly hired as hitmen in Sinaloa Cartel murder-for-hire plot in Chula Vista

Three associates of the Sinaloa Cartel have been indicted on federal charges for allegedly orchestrating a murder-for-hire plot in Chula Vista, California, using two 15-year-old gang members as hitmen.
