Temperatures above freezing again Tuesday, a colder shot of air by Friday

Two things will be true this week: it won't be as cold as it has been, but it won't be warm either. Today, high pressure will make for a nice Monday, with mostly sunny skies and breezy conditions. Highs will be just shy of 30°. Clouds will increase tonight with lows in the teens. Overnight lows will stay quite frigid this week, so again, just because daytime temperatures will slightly improve, it doesn't mean mornings will be much better than they have been. Dress warmly!
